Most Charlotte cakes in Delhi use whipped cream or basic cream cheese. Ate uses cream cheese and white chocolate mousse — which has actual structure, real flavour, and the right texture to hold the ladyfinger form. Combined with the mango compote and real fresh mango, this is a genuinely technically superior Charlotte than anything else available here.
